JINGWEI MACHINE MAKING was established in 1996 and is the only one stop manufacturing enterprise in the southwest region that develops,produces and sells fully automatic bag packaging machines, pre-made bag packaging machine,cartooning system, pouch layer,pouch dispenser and etc.

JINGWEI MACHINE MAKING is based on component processing and adheres to the path of combining introduction,absorption, and independent development. It has developed automation equipment that integrates machinery, electronics, CNC, and AI, achieving full automation of packaging and bringing technology packaging into many industries such as food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical.

In the mechanical processing and assembly workshop ,the reporter saw that workers were operating professional equipment such as CNC lathes,CNC engraving machines,CNC cutting machines ,laser welding machines in an orderly manner.The automation of production lines and the application of intelligent equipment such as machine manual assembly ensure precise processing of parts and equipment assembly.In addition to the automation of hardware equipment, JINGWEI MACHINE MAKING is relying on big data to intelligently manage and upgrade the entire product life cycle. For example ,the company has encoded the components and raw materials in the warehouse using QR code ,managed the warehouse in a data-driven manner and simplified the inbound and outbound process through scanning codes,greatly improving production efficiency.

The technology R&D Center is composed of teams in mechanical design,electrical design, process planning and on-site technical renovation,mainly ensuring the company’s innovative design and core product development.Since its establishment,it has obtained over a hundred utility model patents. The technology research and development center has also been rated as the CHENGDU Industrial Design Center.

The products of JINGWEI MACHINE MAKING are mainly used in industries such as convenience food,seasoning ,daily chemicals ,pharmaceuticals,etc.As a “Specialized, refined, and innovative” enterprise evaluated by SICHUAN Province. 2023 is a year for JINGWEI MACHINE MAKING to be Re-engagement.
